Leaked videos showing the set of the Elden Ring movie have made their way online. The set looks faithful to the FromSoftware game the movie is based on, with some specific locations even fully recreated for the movie. Elden Ring fans seem quite happy with what they're seeing. Currently, two specific videos of set footage are circulating. The first, which you can see on TikTok, shows what appears to be a faithfully recreated version of a Church of Marika. The state of the church suggests the film will be set sometime after The Shattering, which is exciting to learn as we don't know much about the plot or story yet.

People say it doesn’t make sense to do a movie adaption for Elden Ring. But there is all lot of background lore that is movie material. Like Vyke story is perfect for a movie. He was essentially the protagonist before you.
Elden Ring and Souls games have this sense of mystery with environmental storytelling doing most of the work. I really wonder how they can gonna tell the narrative in a movie format.

Man I hope this fucking film rules, I could see this being A24’s biggest film since Marty Supreme. I mean just imagine if this film will be shown in IMAX 70mm, it would be epic!
