So basically Sam Altman’s sister tried to sue him in federal court over claims that he sexually assaulted/abused/raped her. The judge told her that the federal statute of limitations for cases like this has expired, but also told her she can amend her complaint to have the case moved to Missouri state court instead of federal court.

Missouri’s statute has a much longer time so her case is now being moved from the federal courts to a state court.

She is accusing the OpenAI CEO of abusing and raping her various times between 1997-2006 at their family home in Missouri. She said the abuse first started when she was 3 years old and he was 12.

Meanwhile Sam Altman has filed a counterclaim for defamation based on some social media posts she made. The posts would say stuff along the lines of ‘An older sibling abused me’ or ‘A tech billionaire sexually assaulted me’

I’ve been saying it’s a tool by perverts for perverts but I didn’t know it would get this bad.

One thing I’ve learnt is that powerful people have a twisted and sadistic side to them.

This story has been surfacing for a while that he’s been trying to keep hidden. I believe her.

It’s always some horrifically evil shit with these motherfuckers, I swear.

  5. Oh god. That’s so fucked up! But I’m so proud of her for filing… that had to be incredibly difficult to do.
