If I had her history of misogynistic smear campaigns I wouldn’t get anywhere near the gaming community. She’s braver than I am lol

Bigger than movies sure. Television I wouldn’t say. Like video games still locked in demographically. People of all ages watch tv and movies.

  3. I love how she won a Best Actress Oscar and then pivoted to creating nerdy media lmao I hope she’s happy!

  5. IDK I feel like movies have taken plenty from video games and rarley been successful.

The writing and storytelling for games has gotten so good over the years that they are literally making TV shows based off the games. The Last Of Us and Fallout are great examples of that.

we should make movies based on our own ideas and not just slop adaptations of existing games because they require less effort than writing an actual movie, developing a character, having a climatic event, and a resolution?

video game adaptations rarely, if ever, get it right.
