He failed to mention that he caused the actor to crash, and this is why his bike was still in gear when and he lost control of it momentarily upon trying to get back on it, it wasn't that Alan got off his bike to beat him up, but he was crashed off his ride, and even then, he only resorted to violence upon being pushed yet again.
Also, the mention of "kids" was used to weaponize this story, as if alan beat his neighbour infront of the neighbour's children, when it was actually Alan's children who were there and witnessed their dad being assaulted first, the only thing kids in this story saw was their dad defending himself upon being continued to be assaulted by the person in blue tshirt.
The neighbor also happens to place a MAGA hat in his video where he discussed these events, despite appreciating to be an immigrant from England.

Mmmm, the video from Ritchson helmet apparently contradicts the neighbor statement. He stepped on the road directly in front of Ritchson’s bike and pushed him to the ground, then afterwards while Ritchson tries to de-escalate the situation and mounts his bike again the neighbor again pushes him, I don’t see Ritchson charging him with his motorcycle, at all.
