His bike was laying at the start of the video and he wasn’t expecting it to be on when he tried to get it upright. I’m assuming the neighbor knocked him off or caused him to fall off? I can imagine laying down my bike to get off and argue but who knows.

Holy crap I think I finally have oversaturated myself with celebrity news. I kid you not, I just woke up from a dream talking to Ritchson about this exact incident. For what it’s worth, dream Alan was agitated and said he was doing whatever it takes to protect his kids. Dream me agrees with his stance, but real life me denies violence.
For what it’s worth, we were both outside a middle eastern tailor store waiting to get fitted for a robe.
