A lot of big properties are selling for relatively lower prices than one would assume. Getting fire insurance after 2025 is nearly impossible in regions like Malibu, Santa Barbara, Las Virgenese, etc

He’s of an age where he may want to downsize and lower his upkeep costs. If I were him/his age I’d buy a luxury condo with a beautiful view.
ETA he bought it for 2.5 million in 2017. He’s making a profit. I would be shocked if that gorgeous home wasn’t snapped up within a couple of weeks if that long.
