      I was watching the Tony Hawk documentary recently and I have never seen any be as happy about anything as Tony Hawk was when he finally landed the 900.

      I actually skated with Tony Hawk “back in the day”. It’s one of my favorite “Tell one interesting thing” or “Two Truths and Lie” pseudo-flex that I use during meetings, conferences, etc during icebreakers, etc.. The rest of my story reveals it was in a parking lot for a charity event. I paid to do it. Another one I use, is the time I “ghosted” Ryan Gosling. Lol

      And his son married and had a child with Frances Bean Cobain. So, there is a child whose grandfathers are Tony Hawk and Kurt Cobain.

      I wanted to skateboard so fuckin bad because of him. But I fell a little too hard trying to do an Ollie and had to give up that scary moment to focus on my realized primary passion… ice hockey goaltending. Where people launched rubber pucks at me, or more precisely trying to shoot them through me.

      So, it’s basically a net even and now I own a penny board. I love you Tony Hawk

      I like how he included being a dad a few times. Further proof he’s a cool dude.
