  1. Tarantino:
    >“Dear Rosanna,

    >I hope the publicity you’re getting from 132 different media outlets writing your name and printing your picture was worth disrespecting me and I film I remember quite clearly you were thrilled to be a part of?

    >Do you feel this way now?

    >Very possibly.

    >But after I gave you a job, and you took the money, to trash it for what I suspect is very cynical reasons, shows a decided lack of class, no less honor.

    >There is supposed to be an esprit de corps between artistic colleagues.

    >But it would appear the objective was accomplished.

    >Congratulations

    >Q”

I’m pretty much over “Q”. I admired his talent, but he’s proving to be a dick. No excuses.

Like it was so classy for him to shit all over Paul Dano and Matthew Lillard?

  4. I really dont get QT. If he just talked about movies and didn’t shit on people, and let his movies speak for themselves, seems life would be easier.

    I mean he’s right.

It’s just cowardly. She has no problem cashing that check, she only went after him when it became socially acceptable to do so

He’s a misogynistic, gross POS and always has been. I hate every movie that I’ve seen and stopped watching new ones a long time ago.

As someone who has been pretty off Tarantino for over a decade now, it’s been really satisfying to see him clowning himself with so many public L’s lately

  8. Slurs do have their place in art when used to depict a culture of bigotry or similar concept.

That said, it seems SUPER weird to me that this guy is going to the mat over why it’s cool for him to use the N-word. Like… He does realize how that’s gonna look in headlines, right?

Freaking weird dude. Weird self obsessed dude.

You are a former heroine addict that worked a video store- if I remember from the 90’s! Sick, ugly fuck

Lacking class, coming from a guy that has more in common with Quagmire than actual people.

Tarantino’s a problem. I, for one, am glad that–at last–he’s getting called out for his toxicity.

  12. Arquette deserves reasonable criticism but it isn’t about class and not from no class Tarantino. Go suck a dirty foot, Q.

We need Owen Wilson, Paul dano and Matthew Lillard to make a movie together right now. I will pay good money. Who’s with me?

I would say that using racial slurs might be necessary in movies about historical injustices, or just to show what a racist person a character might be. Movies with black actors and directors that use the word, obviously have a pass.

Quentin was kind of ballsy because he used the word as a white man purely for comedy or shock effect. It’s not unprecedented because I know Bill Maher and other white guys do the same thing.

But it is strange how a lot of black cast members that work with him, say they don’t mind when he uses it. I wonder if Quentin identifies as black or something?

Still at the end of the day, he probably learned it from Norman Lear, who was not a racist but like to mock racist people and the language they used.
