We already have more than enough Robin Hood with an MGM+ series and a Hugh Jackman A24 film ‘The Death of Robin Hood’

Yes. Thank you god. I love sexy fox Robin just as much as any other person but please make it stop.

How do you do a “live-action” remake of a movie where every character is an anthropomorphic animal? Was this just going to be another Lion King situation where they called it “live-action” but the whole thing was animated?

I’m still waiting for Hercules live action remake. My favourite Disney movie as a kid

Honestly the only live action movies they should be doing are retakes of The Black Cauldron, Atlantis and Treasure Planet.

Good, we don’t really need yet more slop. Disney has put out more than enough of that lately

  7. Good. Would have been another $250M movie with celebrity “voice acting” that just copies everything about the original with 0 creative taste.

The original was peak Robin Hood anyway. Everyone else is too serious about it except Men in Tights.

Men in tights comically being the best Robin Hood film will always bring a smile to my face.

That’s ok. It’s been a few years, beauty and the beast is due for another remake from the creative genius’s at Disney lmao

  11. I only just watched this film tonight. How weird is that…. but I do agree, leave well alone.

Live action? I don’t care how photo realistic it is, it’s still NOT live action, it’s a cgi movie.

Live action Disney remakes are dumb. The charm of the original animated movies is that they’re animated.

    Thank god.

I’m sorry but I don’t want to see Fox Robin Hood on the big screen unless he’s animated.

  15. The script’s likely real-life parallel of where we are today was probably too much. They didn’t want to attract the eye of …

  16. Fucking good. Ever since the cinematic abortion that was the Lion King “live action” films I’d hope they’d just put to bed these “live action” remakes.

There is a god. And he has a plan for us after all.

So go home, get some rest. Very, very good work today. We got a lot accomplished.

  18. Good I don’t want to see “live action” bipedal foxes and bears running around.

Omg! So happy this got cancelled and labelled officially dead. It is one of my all time fav Disney movies and I would hate to see it destroyed by being made live action.

  20. Oh, they were going to get real talking foxes and dress them up in medieval clothes, were they? They were already pushing it by referring to the 2019 Lion King movie as “live action” when there was exactly 1 shot in the whole movie that wasn’t made in a computer.
