I am interested in this combo. Mike Flanagan usually goes for slow dread and heavy mood.

That fits The Exorcist name way more than cheap jump scares. But this franchise has been hit or miss for years, so the pressure is real.

What do you want this movie to be. Pure horror, more drama, or a fresh angle that still feels serious.
