Bob’s Burgers is the best animated show of the last generation, and Smiling Friends is this generation, but I like American Dad better than Family Guy, but it had some awful seasons.

Strange article. I haven’t seen it all or the most recent seasons, but it became unwatchable for me around season 13 while being peak between season 3-6 or so. Even for those who remained fans, I don’t see how you could describe it as a consistently strong show without any lulls.

Fucking bullshit that Zaslav forced the show off TBS and nobody but FOX wanted it. The fact nobody else tried to bid for it is a travesty. The show had freedom that they won’t have because or FCC airwaves. FCC will ruin this show and it’s a travesty they will be robbed of the freedom that Cable gave them.
Just like the FCC will ruin the Yellowstone spinoff by sanitizing it. CBS did not need it and should’ve kept one of the shitty FBI shows. The Sheridan shows were better for Plus & Network but not FCC airwaves. Streaming should be prioritized because the freedom it gives shows. Network prestige means squat when you have to be sanitized to shit.

It’s definitely not the best but I’m surprised people are putting it below Bob’s Burgers. American Dad is definitely a better series overall although Bob’s Burgers is more consistent.
