My buddy and I went to see Star Wars Episode 3, the show was sold out, but I had friends at the theater let me in and just told us to go to the next showing, but find something to do for another hour ish. So we went into Unleashed until Star Wars started. We’re watching the movie and ultimately leave maybe 60-70 in. We’re sitting in Star Wars and about halfway in, we both kind of look at each other and whisper this shit sucks and how we should have just stayed and watched Danny the Dog kick some ass over this turd.
We both ended up hating Episode 3 and just went to the next showing of Unleashed and watched that again to finish the movie. Think we ended up missing only 20-30 minutes of the movie, but it was a far better experience than Star Wars.

Mind being pure excited that Jet Li was filming in Glasgow. There was some great fight films out at that time

Bob Hoskins was great

Weird, if you’d asked me 5 minutes ago if I’d ever seen a martial arts movie called Unleashed, I’d have told you I’d never heard of it and been 100% certain. But watching this scene I’ve *definitely* seen the movie. It’s strange what you can forget.

This is my favorite Jet Li movie. The story is a bit goofy but it is unique and has a lot of heart and the fight scenes are excellent, especially the brutal one that opens the movie. Also it makes me miss Bob Hoskins.
