    I know we like to say “it’s easy when you’re rich” but in this case it’s probably twofold, getting out of the toxic Hollywood culture plus the now political disaster of America and going back home. Even though Australians are still “western” the culture and mentalities are just so different that you would just feel more like yourself, grounded in your hometown

    As a Canadian, when I lived in the us for a brief time, in the before times when a bank created housing crisis and kanye said georg bush hated black people, I still didn’t feel like myself. It just weird

  2. To be fair he’s at the level of fame where he no longer has to hunt for jobs. Studios likely come to him. Also the amount of movies being made in places like The Gold Coast has been growing heaps lately I’ve noticed.
