What advice would you give my 14 year old who is dreaming of being an animator? What are the things he should know that you wish you knew at that age?

Andrew, WALL-E is our favorite film and character ever. Just wanted to thank you and I also love the directing you’ve been doing on For All Mankind. I can’t wait for Toy Story 5.
