KOKUHO | Official Trailer | Oscar nominee expands nationwide tomorrow

Lee Sang-il’s KOKUHO recently surpassed 20 billion yen ($130 million USD) to become the highest grossing live action Japanese film of all time at the box office. It was Japan’s submission for best international feature, for which it was shortlisted but not nominated. It did receive a much deserved Oscar nomination for hair and makeup however.
