  1. I haven’t watched any of the tobey Maguire Spider-Man’s since they came out. It’s been so long

Never realised before that flash was gonna sucker punch him in the back of the dead damnn

Edit: I mean head not dead but leaving it because he would be dead

  3. Just watched this again the other night. Im biased for sure, but I think its a perfect movie. Its almost Shakespearean in how the main conflict in drama is around 4 main characters, the superhero stuff with the suits is extra, but the script is so tight and the pacing so flawless that you dont have time to really notice.

at 3:00, there is a hand on the right that throws a chocolate cake at Flash. I’m 90% sure thats Sam Raimi. If you pause it, he’s wearing a brown jacket, Raimi’s signature outfit, and also it’s said behind that scenes that any chance Raimi had to throw something at his actors, he would do it. In the 35mm Cut, you can clearly see it getting chucked into his face by someone.

  5. I see a hand throwing the stuff onto his plate, and a boom mic too….

… and not for nothing, but there’s a huge juice puddle just lying there? Nobody saw it? Nobody’s cleaning it?

  6. This movie was magical. I was 18 when it came out, saw it opening weekend with some friends. It legit made me feel like a little kid. The web slinging scenes just made me *feel* like Spider-Man in a way that I hadn’t felt before. It’s hard to describe how rad it was to see superheroes come to life like this in that era.

You know, as a New Yorker, this version of MJ never worked for me. She’s way too bubbly.
