This is not surprising. She doesn’t give a shit, the rich have made it clear no matter what their positions are it’s just branding.

This is probably the most damaging part of the article imo.

It’s very strange in some ways to be both a Charli fan and a fan of some of her rivals (who will not be mentioned here). I feel like other artists’ camps would have said something like “hey, that’s notttt a great idea”, and when you consider who she’s friends with, the exit she’s gotten by the internet since 2024 is fascinating when other artists would be torn apart by it.

Conversely, Charli has so much talent, is vocal about some causes, etc. to where I don’t really understand where she stands on anything majorly controversial but am still at the stage of “she *just* blew up, maybe she’s still learning the ropes.” But this is definitely not a good look at all
