Sidenote: I wonder if it’s a mindfuck that millions of dollars are pouring in after James died when they were barely getting donations (relatively) when he was alive. I feel like part of me would be bitter about that, assuming that money could have made a difference in him living or dying.

I honestly don’t know, but I can’t help but think back to Steve Jobs who famously refused treatments for his cancer, and we know how that ended.
