I had a male friend in college who was very open and proud about the fact that he wanted his children to grow up rich and spoiled and want for nothing because he had grown up with nothing. Parents work hard to provide a better life for their kid im happy he is one of those who let them benefit. Ive seen the opposite happen too where some parents resent their children for having luxuries they didnt, when thats the whole point of them having worked for it in the first place.
Its her first tooth. Life is long and hard . And there’s lots of other teachable moments and ways to set expectations. Also let’s not kid ourselves like she wont be getting into her moms makeup or wardrobe etc at a much younger age than probably alot of us can even dream of as adults!!
