  1. Wish they didn’t spoil the “are there no true knights among you?” line in the trailers, but it was an overall fantastic performance

  2. After HOTD season 2 and the disastrous end of the OG show I was barely willing to give this a chance.

I was so wrong, this show is amazing. Fantastic characters and performances. The way Dunk and Egg are my FUCKING BOYS and it’s only been about 2 hours of screen time is really impressive.

Man I’m a little late to this show but I caught up last night. Ep 4 might be the best episode of TV I’ve seen. My heart was in my throat the entire time. Felt like bawling for Egg a couple times. That little guy is just an extraordinary talent as well.

  4. This is the best adaptation of any source material I’ve ever seen. It’s been like maybe 3 hours of screen time and Dunk and Egg already feel like fully fleshed out characters who you root for. After watching GoT and HotD, it just feels good having nice decent characters with no shady shit motivating them. Dunk wants to be a decent knight and defend the innocent while Egg just wants to be a squire and help others. Good shit all around

  5. I got chills during his ending speech and I thought he was quite good during that talk with the Blacksmith too when he started crying cause he was so sure he was going to die in the morning. In general the cast of this show is so well chosen that it’s a shame that we get so little time to spend with them

I haven’t purposely watched this show. However, last night it auto-played after watching something else. It was muted and I was talking on the phone half glancing that way. Then I see some old man step through a door and pull out his enormous dick to pee. I’m telling my friend that they’re showing old man monster cocks on tv! I had to pause to see what it was. I still don’t plan to watch it but what the hell?
