It’s no surprise that this is how a lot of men (powerful, famous, or not) feel toward women. They don’t care, and a lot of their supportive statements and gestures are merely PR that they actually resent having to do. It’s no wonder we have regressed so eagerly and quickly since that time and are now witnessing the staggering and openly spiteful impunity that child-abusing men enjoy.

I don’t think he should be blamed for a coworker’s actions of course, but I don’t think he ever said anything publicly about him either, even when asked directly (someone correct me if I’m wrong). They were really close for a while before the controversies became public knowledge.

A lot of men do not care about women. TC is no different. His female fans may project a whole “a man written by a woman, and so deep and artsy” thing on him, but he’s not. He doesn’t care about women and he’s mainly interested in his own pockets.
