What a coincidence. I played the game today on ps5 since it’s on plus. Short but I had fun.

I’ve seen this already (it was being shown on a plane flight). It’s a very good adaptation that keeps changing things up and raising the stakes just as it might start to get repetitive. I knew it was based on a game, but literally nothing else about it, and I was impressed.
They give the character some added motivation (and, for most of the film, a companion, although I won’t say more on that) which adds to the suspense. And also explains a bit about the businessman shown, which adds to the horror.

I just watched it on an ANA flight last weekend. It’s ok, wouldn’t call it a horror movie. There were maybe 5 scenes with heightened action. The rest was pretty tame.

Saw this one last year. Creepy and atmospheric, with a solid gnarly jumpscare near the end. 8/10
