Nah. Muppets are too old, too outdated, and too mature for modern youth audiences. I liked Muppets alot but theyre an anachronism now, who wants puppets when you have shitty 3D models?

It’s a tightrope. In an age where everything is so dire, it’s nice to know that the Muppets will still be around. However, variety shows are a declining breed, if it’s not SNL, and the Muppets are always solid for trying to connect with the times.
So, it’s going to take a lot for this to be a success.

I just want the original series on blu ray. i never got to see it even though i have watched muppet babies, ttreasure island, and christmas carol.
