We don’t need to know every minute of every characters. We have seen how his story ends, his highs and lows.
The constant focus on characters we already know makes the Star Wars galaxy feel so small

Frankly, who cares anymore what Maul is up to. Is Star Wars allergic to making new stories and characters?

I don’t pay much attention to the SW cartoons, but don’t we already know how Maul’s story ends? Seems pretty uninteresting to just be filling in the gaps in a story we’ve already seen play out.
