That show had no right to be as good as it was. And I loved how the season ended by subverting the expectations. >!”And you killed my friend!” and Russ biting back that if Ricky spilled the beans, everything she and her father worked out would be destroyed. Now we have a really interesting conflict going into season two. I don’t want Ricky and Russ to become a couple. Especially since Russ slept with Ricky’s mother. That would be just too weird. But I like the idea that they both find a mutual understanding. Bitter enemies off the field and allies on the field.!<
