This last year, I discovered great european tv shows beginning with the stunning english mini-series Adolescence but England is quite known for the quality of some of its tv shows so I don't really want to focus on this country.
2025 was also the discovery of great spanish tv series for me:
Querer – a remarkable mini-series that examines, with accuracy and restraint, the underlying mechanisms of male dominance and domestic violence, as well as the effects of this violence on the other members of the family and close friends.
The New Years – a subtle portrait of human relationships and the passage of time
