I dare not add more because I too do not want to see this movie spoiled for those who have not seen it. Even the presence of the head doesn't fully give away the reveal Merely alludes to it.

I remember seeing something in glass onion and then being in disbelief not knowing of i really did. Ended up being a major plot point. Knives out is awesome because if you really pay attention you too can deduce a lot.
