Give me your thoughts on him, since I saw the movie the first time, this character had been hardly used in any other scenes, a missed opportunity maybe or the producers and filmmakers didn't want to break the lure of the Joker and decided to kept his back story a mystery. Hugo Blick, imo, still to this day has one of the most sinister looking, amazing faces across cinema history.
