In Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (2023), J Jonah Jameson on Earth-42 supports the idea of a vigilante fighting the Sinister Six Cartel. This universe had no Spider-Man. In every other universe with a Spider-Person, JJJ is typically against Spider-People.

This goes to show that despite JJJ believing Spider-People are a menace to society, he is always wrong and that they are ultimately needed as a world without a Spider-Person results in utter chaos like in Earth-42.
