In Twilight: Eclipse, there are two scenes where a blanket made of old Tshirts can be found. When Bella is receiving the blanket from her mother, and again when she is resting while pregnant. The sites featured on the shirts are real, and this roadside attraction proudly boasts their cameo.
I cannot confirm that all of the T-shirt places/events are real, but most certainly are and are easy to google.
